Serve. Connect. Support.

Achieving Our Vision – The Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico has been a philanthropic force in the region for 31 years. Our new building will provide us with a forever home to continue our mission based operations, as well as a space for other nonprofit organizations to continue their impact. As our organization continues to grow, this investment ensures a valuable asset that will eliminate many expenses from the Foundation’s operations, and allow the capacity for expansion. All of this assuring the sustainability of the CFSNM.

Our Plan – The financial target is $910,000 with a goal to have gift commitments in hand by December 31, 2021. Your tax-deductible gift allows for the CFSNM to be sustainable for years to come. Our plan consists of a 1, 3 and 5 year development plan that will allow us maintain the building, as well as update it to better meet the needs of the CFSNM.
