For nearly 20 years Bill has served as a fiduciary portfolio manager and investment consultant assisting a wide variety of investors and organizations address many unique and challenging financial circumstances. He has helped structure customized investment solutions for high net worth individuals and institutional entities including foundations, endowments, Native American tribes, fraternal organizations, Taft-Hartley and ERISA plans. Brad has been with Beasley, Mitchell & Co. since 2004, and a partner since 2008. At Beasley, Mitchell & Co., Brad manages the Audit and Assurance practice and provides accounting and tax services to a broad range of clients with concentration in commercial and residential construction, the transportation industry, and franchise operations. Pete advises Wall Street money managers on Washington policy developments that affect the financial markets. President of his own consulting firm since 1992, Davis Capital Investment Ideas, Pete draws on 11 years of experience as a Capitol Hill economist with the Joint Committee on Taxation (1974-1981), the Senate Budget Committee (1981-1983), and Senator Robert C. Byrd (1992). He worked in the House and Senate, and for Republicans and Democrats. Pete brought the first computer policy model, the Treasury Individual Income Tax Model, to Capitol Hill in early 1974, when he became a revenue estimator on the Joint Committee on Taxation. He formulated the 1975 rebate, the earned income tax credit, the 1976 estate tax rates, the 1978 marginal tax rates, and the Roth-Kemp tax cut. He left Capitol Hill in 1983 for the Washington Research Office of Prudential-Bache Securities, where he advised investors for seven years.

Dale is the original founder of Dekker/Perich/Sabatini and since then has extensive experience in architecture and planning projects that are socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable. Dale’s contributions to architecture include high tech, one-of-a-kind research facilities for Sandia National Labs, award-winning school designs across the Southwest, and large-scale master planning projects, such as the UNM Master Plan. Update.Raised in Albuquerque, Dale has become heavily involved in enhancing the quality of life in his community by participating as a volunteer on a variety of boards and commissions. Dale is a member of the Economic Forum, the Executive Committee of Albuquerque Economic Development (AED), Board Member and Past Chair of NAIOP, Past-District Council Chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and was appointed by Governor Susana Martinez to the Construction Industries Commission and the State of New Mexico Workforce Solutions Development Board. Dale also serves on a variety of non-profit boards, including the Albuquerque Public Schools Foundation and the Central New Mexico Community College Foundation. As an experienced architect and planner, Dale is committed to building a better state and community. He is currently leading an effort for the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, called the 2065 Plan that is intended to take a long range look at what the city and region might look like 50 years from today.

Peggy began her career in Topeka, Kansas where she practiced for 15 years before returning to Albuquerque. While practicing in Kansas, Peggy tried many cases to a jury verdict while an Assistant Attorney General, represented the State in numerous child and adult abuse cases, established guardianships and conservatorships for hundreds of vulnerable adults, represented the State in Medicaid and welfare benefits appeals, and served as an Administrative Law Judge for seven years where she presided over hearings for state agencies, boards and commissions, including Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services, the Kansas Board of Pharmacy, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, the Kansas Human Rights Commission, and the Kansas Department of Labor. Upon moving back to Albuquerque with her family in 2009, Peggy has focused her practice on elder law, specifically in representing individuals and families in the appointment of guardians and conservators for the elderly or disabled as both the petitioning attorney and Guardian ad Litem, estate planning, probate, and fiduciary litigation. Peggy has tried cases in both state and federal court, and has represented clients before administrative bodies, including the Social Security Administration and New Mexico Human Services Department. He also chairs the Supreme Court of the State of New Mexico’s Proactive Attorney Regulation Committee, the Court’s Lawyer’s Succession and Transition Committee and serves on the State Bar of New Mexico Professionalism Commission which is responsible for operating and administering the “Bridge the Gap: Transitioning Into the Profession Program” for new lawyers in New Mexico. Stephanie is a veteran journalist and El Paso Elder law attorney. After two decades in radio, television, and newspaper, she took her advocacy in a different direction- helping the disenfranchised. Ms. Townsend Allala graduated from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin, where she was the Ray and Kay Bailey Hutchison Scholarship recipient. She was also Outstanding Graduate in Broadcasting at University of Texas at El Paso. She devotes her life to public service, and has served as the President and or Director of all of the following organizations: The El Paso Women’s Bar Association, El Paso Women’s Bar Auxiliary, El Paso Bar Association, El Paso Press Club, El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, El Paso Association of Hispanic Journalists, and CASA of El Paso. She also spent four years as a Director on the Board of Nazareth Care Facility, a non-profit charitable skilled nursing facility. It was her work on the Board of Directors for Nazareth that helped her to understand the difficulties in placement of certain individuals with special capacity issues. For example, many times persons with advanced dementia, schizophrenia and chronic psychosis find themselves suddenly homeless, because there are few facilities capable of caring for people with advanced dementia and mental illness. Ms. Townsend Allala helps these families find permanent homes for their loved ones.
